Well it is officially almost over………The kids sure made out like bandits!

The day started off boring as heck though.    The husband left from about 8:15 to help a friend and then off to watch the Football game with his Brother and didn’t get back home until after 3:00PM.    So I was home all day with the rambunctious kids.    To me it almost felt like a Thursday or something.     When he finally got home I did manage to get signed up at the gym.   I may start it tomorrow,  but most likely will be on Monday.

We almost didn’t let the kids go out tonight,  they,  actually my Son,  was quite naughty most all day,  but then we felt it wasn’t right for the girls especially to not be able to go,   so we got their costumes on and headed out.   This is our first Halloween in the new neighborhood.   It was fun!   The weather was quite nice actually.   A little crisp,  very light winds and just perfect.    There were many houses all light up and lots of people had awesome decorations.    My girls started complaining that their bags were getting heavy and I just figured it was because they were tired of walking,   so we headed home.    When we did get here and emptied each of their bags,  OH MY!   No wonder!   Their bags were heavy.    LOTS of the best stuff even!   I mean the chocolate goodies………Snickers,   Reeses,  Butterfingers,  Hersheys,  Milkey Ways, etc. etc. etc.   These kids of mine will have plenty of candy for some time.    They had a great time and that is what is the most important.

After we got home,  my Brother in Law and his girlfriend came over and visited for a bit.   That was nice.   So a boring day,  but a fun night.   Nice trade off I guess!     I hope you all have had a great Halloween!   I am sure some are still out partying hard,   and will probably be recovering tomorrow.    HAHA  is all I will say to that!    But as long as you had a good time!

Well time to go relax a bit.   It will suck tomorrow when it is really dark by 5:20PM though.   I just hope my Son is not up instead of 5:30AM instead of the normal 6:30AM!   That will not be cool……..

Wow what a strange day!

I got the kids to school,  came home and was going to do laundry,  cleaning and all that fun stuff.   Sat down in front of the computer for a little bit,  and then I was so incredibly tired.    Next thing I knew,  I was in my bed getting comfy and soon fell asleep.    Let’s just say that 3 hours later I got out of bed!   GEEZ!   I never do that.   Now I didn’t sleep straight through the 3 hours,  but I did get some sleep!     I thought after I woke up I would be in the mood to do some cleaning,  but NOT!    I sat around and did much of nothing.     For some reason,  that felt good.    So I guess you could say it was a strange day.

Now I am feeling tired again.    I hope I don’t have problems getting to bed tonight though……Who cares!  It is Friday night and the kids don’t have school tomorrow……Oh and I am getting myself back to the gym!   There is a new gym that opened by our house about 2 months ago.   This place is HUGE.   Like 48,000 sq. ft in size.   So many things to do there.   Indoor track,  swimming pool,   racket ball court,  basketball court,  free weights,   cardio up the ying yang,   a juice bar even!    Tanning……..Yeah,  like I would do that, right?   Look like a baked Lobster.   Anyway,   we were going to do a family membership,  but with my Son and his un-balanced behavior,  we just can’t take the chance of being “kicked out” of another gym,   so tonight we decided that I will be the one to use the gym.    In fact,  I will be doing my workouts during the day while the kids are at school.    That will be fun!   Do you know that it takes 21 days to make a habit?   So if I go 21 days straight (ugh),  that will become a habit for me.   Not  a bad one either!     So I am excited.    Starting Monday…..The weight bench at home here isn’t getting my full body work out that I want/need.    So the hubby is going to continue to use that.

Oh my I feel like a chatterbox right now…..All that sleep got me energized suddenly.    Hmmm,   kinda the wrong time of day for that?!    Whatever.     Well it is the official start to the weekend!    I hope you all have some great plans for Halloween.    Tomorrow will be a busy day and a fun one,  so you all be safe and have plenty of FUN!   Especially the sexy kind of fun!    You know what I mean…….wink wink.

Ok so the rain came down all day long.    Put me in a sleepy mood,  but I managed to keep myself busy!

Our bathroom window in the Master leaks quite a bit of water whenever we get  a good rain.   All over the floor,  down the wall,   paint bubbles.    Just a mess.    And to top it off,  the window doesn’t open,  which is really stupid.    So I called the Landlord and the window guy came and measured it and we are getting a brand new one!   And this one will open!  How fantastic!     I can’t wait for that…..It sure will be nice and especially having the circulation in the bathroom and not having to use a fan.    That is so annoying.

Well you all getting ready for the big weekend?    The kids have their Halloween party at school tomorrow and of course they are excited.  I am sure there will be lots of parties tomorrow night even all over the place.   Our weather is supposed to be ok on Saturday.   Nothing too warm,  but not windy or rainy,  and that is good!

I think I will order one of those pumpkin shaped pizzas for the family……Hell,  I have to order at least 2!   Piggys around here when it comes to pizza!

Well I am yawning like crazy.   I didn’t go to bed at a decent time last night……I am really feeling it now,  so heading up soon to sleep!!  Really this time!

Ok,  the Sun was not out today,  but it wasn’t a bad day afterall………Now tomorrow is supposed to be quite rainy all day,  so that will put me in the mood for sleep,  but maybe I will not think about it too much!

Not much to say.   kinda sad in a way,  but nothing too fun or special has been happening here.    Just the same ol’, same ol’.    I am sure to most it is boring,  but to me it is normal.   Any of you have anything  fun planned for the Halloween Saturday?   I think a sexy halloween party would be fun!!!   But ours is for the kids,  and that is still fun for us……Especially since we get to eat some of their candy!   Chocolate stuff!  The more the better in my opinion!!

Well I am tired.   I actually took my own advice last night and didn’t watch TV,  so I fell asleep earlier!  Now if I can do that again tonight I will be good!

I think my week so far is making up for the crap one I had last week!!

Not complaining,  believe me!   The sun was out again all day long…….So nice!   Soaked up the sun some more.   Didn’t go anywhere though.   I thought about it,  but never felt like it,  so I just stayed in and did some odds and ends around here.

Wow tomorrow is Wednesday already!   This week is flying by already…….Any plans for the weekend?   Not sure here,   but it also depends on the weather.    Almost forgot…….Halloween Saturday!   Any of you going to a costume party?   Those can be fun!   We went to one  last year.     This year we aren’t in the mood to attend.   Taking the kids out is more important to us.     As the kids get a little older,  I think it will be fun to throw a Halloween party for their friends.   I could come up with plenty of neato things to keep them all busy!

Oh my,  am I yawning like crazy……..I need to get myself to sleep at a decent time.   I said before that one bad thing about a TV in the bedroom is the fact that you can stay up later than you should,  and that has been the case the last several nights.    I think tonight I should not watch it at all.    Maybe then I will fall asleep well before Midnight then!    After so many nights of that,  it catches up to you.

So I am going to try to really go to sleep here soon.    Wake up tomorrow to the Sunshine again and enjoy it!

Well the day started off kinda gloomy.    I got the kids to school,  came home and enjoyed the quiet.    Looked outside and it was cloudy,  yet again.    A while later I went upstairs and saw the SUN!!!  Oh my was I all excited!

I immediately changed my clothes,   and headed out the door.    Didn’t know where I was going,  just wanted to go out and enjoy it.    That is what I did!   It stayed sunny all day and that was  just fantastic.    And no car breaking down,  no less than average concert,   so it was a nice day!

Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny as well,  so I think I will enjoy more time outside.    Today I sat outside on the back patio while my Son played outside and just sunbathed (with clothes on) like a fat cat.   Oh it felt wonderful.   I am telling you,  that sunshine really helped energize me today!   Now I am looking forward to tomorrow and the next day……

I hope you all have had  a great Monday.    Mine was real good and this week is going to fly by!   Halloween on Saturday already.    That will be a fun night to see how much candy the kids get.     Hopefully they get plenty of chocolate!   Mommy’s favorite.   Yuuuuuummmmmm!!!

Geez,   I have been trying to keep warm all damn day!  The North winds today just made it hard to spend any time outside.   Of course the kids sure didn’t care.    We did get out a little though.   It was nice to take a walk outside.

Thank goodness for fireplaces!  The heat didn’t kick on too much today and that made it even more chilly than it actually was.   This was a good enough weekend.    I am going to enjoy my Monday tomorrow.   The kids were out of school Thursday and Friday,  so it will be nice to have some peace and quiet.   I have most all the laundry caught up,   so there won’t be too much to do!   YEAH!!!!

I am tired already!   Just feel like hibernating like a bear.    How awesome that would be!   Well since I am not a bear,  I am going to head up to my “den” and cuddle under the blankets…….Soon fall asleep.

YES!   Got my girl back………My car that is.     Spent most all day in the shop,  but was finally able to get it picked up around 4:00 today.     Wow,  the money that sure flies out of the pockets!    But after this,  I should be just fine for some time.    Keeping the fingers crossed anyway…..

Well our Football team sucks major cock.    2 weeks in a row with a loss.    8 turn-overs in today’s game alone.   Geez,   now I don’t care if they play again the rest of the season.    I just like to watch it and shake my head in disbelief.     I am glad we are not one of those “die hard”  fans that let a loss effect our life.    Thank goodness for that!     The kids were able to play outside the majority of the day and that was nice.   At least that gave us a break from the commotion in the house.    The neighbor boys like to play in the back yard with our kids and that makes the kids happy.

We were so bored tonight and wanted to get out.    Problem was that we didn’t need to go anywhere,  but it was only 6:50 PM and we just didn’t want to sit around the house anymore.     So we went to a store and walked around for a bit,   looked at some stuff here and there…….It was kinda a blah day,  but not too bad I guess.    Halloween is next Saturday already!   Wow has this month flew by already.    November is almost a week away.    That just doesn’t sound right to me.    I hope you all are having a great weekend!    This cooler and cloudy weather sure zaps my energy.    I wish I could see the sun shine all day for once.   That has not happened in a little while again and before you know it,  it is dark outside and then it isn’t even 6:30PM yet.   Just depressing at times.

I think now that the kiddos are in bed,  it is a good time to snuggle in bed with my husband and try to find something good to watch on TV.    Gotta love that time together!    So relaxing.

Geez,  what a crazy damn day I had!     Ok here is where it started:

So I am driving,  running a few errands.    As I am going along,  I am talking on the phone to my Dad and my 2 little girls are in the back seat.    So I suddenly smell something stinky and I thought it was the car in front of me.   No big deal.    A few minutes later,   I realize that I am still quite cold.    My little ones are complaining now of being chilly and now I can see my breathe in my car.    Knowing by now that I should be toasty,   I start to play with the vent buttons,  and turn it to blow on my face.    Nothing but cold damn air.    Suddenly,  in just seconds,  my temperature gauge in my car goes from the warm  to boiling hot and the light comes on.     Now I am on the interstate,  going a good 60mph,  so I just can’t stop or turn around.

I continue on to my destination,   finally arrive there and park.   That is when I can see the steam coming out from under the hood.    At that point I pretty much figured it was my water pump that went out.    Knowing my car needed to cool off a bit,  me and the girls went into the store,  got our bread and came back out.    I kept my fingers crossed that my car would start,  as my goal then was just to get home.    We were a ways from home,  and I didn’t want to get stranded that far from the house.    Luckily it started.   A little hesitant,  but it started.    So I started driving,  hoping I wouldn’t hit many lights before I got back onto the interstate.   As I am driving,   I am praying that I won’t stall there on the busy interstate w/ my 2 little girls with me.   That would not be good,  especially because it is still cold and rainy.

I got as far as I could.    In fact I was maybe 2 miles from my house and as I approached the set of lights,  my car just died.    At the last second,   I managed to turn it and pull off onto a narrow gravel patch on the side of the road.    By this time there is heavy steam/smoke billowing out from the hood……Well at least I got as close to home as I could, right?    So I called the car repair place and after waiting another 35 minutes in the car there,   they came and picked me and the girls up.   Took us back home.    Boy was I glad to be home at that point!      Later in the day when they got the chance to look at my car,  it was not the water pump itself that went out,  but some type of housing unit that did,  causing the fluid to leak,  etc.     So they are fixing it tomorrow morning for me.    Now the good news is that it isn’t as much as the actual water pump would be,  but still not cheap!     Double damn!    Between that going out and needing brakes on all 4 wheels,   I don’t know what is hurting more…..Me or my damn car!    Talk about a frickin’ headache!

Well it has to be fixed.   I am not in a position to be w/ one vehicle.    The girls were troopers for me.    We were supposed to have a “girls day out”,  but that will have to be another day now.

All I can say from all this nonsense is thank goodness for cell phones,  you know?   Oh and my bread……..I am really glad the bread store had our favorite bread.    I bought 15 loaves of it,  so now I am good for a while!

Time to rest my head from this crazy day.     At least we had a good night out tonight.   We all went out and ate pizza.    Now all I need is some good rest,  and tomorrow I get my girl (my car) back!!

Well I did get some rest last night,   after coming home late from the concert.

So the concert was just ok.     Nothing really good,  and definitely not the quality of the concert 2 weeks prior when Creed and Staind came to town.    First,   Theory of a Dead Man only played 2 of their bigger hits.   The rest was new stuff that we didn’t know yet and they also didn’t play that long.    They sounded good enough.

Daughtry on the other hand sounded drowned out from the guitars,  base, etc.    He didn’t have the power behind his voice like he does when you listen to him on CD.    Also the disappointment was that he didn’t play hardly any of his hard hitting hits.    Mostly ballads.    One after another.    I think I counted more than 5 and we were yawning,   sat down and literally almost fell asleep.    We were really bored to be honest.

At least when Creed was here,   Scott Stapp’s voice was so powerful that he sounded very good in person live.   Very similar to what you hear on CD,   so there was no disappointment there at all.     But you know,  not every concert is going to be the best.    At least the tickets for this show was cheaper,   but even though it wasn’t our ideal concert,   it was still a night out for us.    Believe me,  we don’t get many of those,  so any little break away is a reward.

I did look Smokin’ Hot though!!   I wore my tight black pants……The kind that shows off the ass really nicely.   A Royal blue low cut,  cleavage showing top and my high heels.   Yep I looked good!   Obviously my husband felt that way also,   as he had no problem showing me later………So naughty!   I love it!

When we got home we discovered that our children had been quite a handful for Nana and we were not happy about that.    She could have done a better job keeping an eye on them,  but live and learn I guess.    Now we know the other reason we don’t get out that much.

Well we are relaxing now.   The kiddos are fast asleep and we are watching our TV show……So I am going to finish watching that.    I hope you all have a great Friday!     The weekend is almost here,   how cool is that?
